Paddle emails you a receipt on every renewal.

Do I need to sign a contract?
No. Every paid plan is month-to-month. Cancel yourself in two clicks from Billing in the site header — no email, no chat, no retention offer. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. If anything goes wrong, hello@servicepitch.co and we’ll do it the same working day. Paying yearly just locks in the 20% discount.
What happens if I go over the Free plan’s 3 reports a month?
Nothing breaks. You’ll see a prompt to upgrade to Pro for unlimited reports; your existing report stays available either way.
What is actually different about Agency?
White-label. Free and Pro reports carry a small ServicePitch badge at the bottom; Agency removes it and puts your logo and colors on instead, so what you hand a client looks like your deliverable. It is not a team plan — each person signs in with their own account and keeps their own client list.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, through Paddle’s secure checkout. Paddle is our payment provider and handles sales tax and VAT for your country, so your invoice is already compliant. We never see or store your card details.
Where does my client data go?
Your client list never leaves your browser. Saved clients and pitch history live in your own browser’s local storage on every plan, paid or not. What reaches our server is the single profile you submit for one report, and the client name field is optional. Full detail in the privacy policy.
