Terms of Service

Last updated August 2026

These terms cover your use of ServicePitch (“the Service”). By using it, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

What the Service does

You describe one of your clients, and the Service generates a report of suggested AI automation opportunities, including estimated hours saved and suggested monthly prices. Reports are produced by an AI model (Anthropic’s Claude).

The estimates are estimates

This is the most important term on this page. Hours saved and suggested prices in every report are AI-generated starting points for scoping, not professional advice, not a quote, and not a guarantee of any outcome. They are produced from the short profile you enter and no other data about your client.

You are responsible for reviewing and adjusting every figure against your own labour costs, delivery capacity, and your client’s actual circumstances before presenting or relying on it. If you show a report to your client, you present it as your own professional judgement, and you — not ServicePitch — are responsible for what you commit to.

Accounts

You need an account beyond the first report. Keep access to your email secure, since sign-in links go there. Do not share an account across people; we may suspend accounts that appear shared or automated.

Plans and billing

Free includes 3 reports per calendar month. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record; their terms also apply to the transaction, and they issue your invoice and handle tax.

We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal.

Renewals. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every 12 months, at the price you signed up at, until you cancel. The renewal terms and the price are stated next to the plan before you pay, not only here. Paddle issues a receipt by email for every charge, including renewals, to the address on your account — so keep that address current, and if a receipt has not arrived, check spam before assuming a charge did not happen.

How to cancel, and when a refund is due, is set out in Cancellation and refunds below.

Cancellation and refunds

How to cancel. Cancel any time yourself from Billing in the site header, which opens the Paddle portal where you can also update your card and download invoices. No email or conversation is required. If that is unavailable for any reason, email hello@servicepitch.co and we will cancel it the same working day. Cancelling before a renewal date stops that renewal entirely; there is no notice period and no cancellation fee.

What happens after you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months.

Refunds. If you are not satisfied, email hello@servicepitch.co within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No form, no reason needed. This applies to monthly and yearly plans alike.

After those 14 days, fees already paid are not refunded. Cancelling stops future payments and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Separately, if we materially reduce what a paid plan includes, you may cancel and we will refund the unused remainder of that period.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. Because ServicePitch is a digital service that begins as soon as you subscribe, you agree that it starts immediately and that this statutory right ends once you have generated a report. It does not affect the 14-day refund above, which we honour either way.

How refunds are paid. Subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, and their terms also apply to the transaction. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle, usually within a few business days; how soon it appears on your statement is decided by your bank or card issuer, not by us. You can request a refund either from us at hello@servicepitch.co or directly through Paddle using the link on your receipt.

Acceptable use

Your content and your reports

What you enter stays yours. Reports you generate are yours to use commercially, including with your clients, subject to the estimate terms above. We claim no ownership of your client information, and your saved client roster never leaves your browser.

Availability

The Service is provided as-is, without uptime guarantees. It depends on third parties (Anthropic, Supabase, Paddle, Vercel) and may be interrupted or limited when they are. We apply daily generation limits to control cost and abuse; if a limit is reached you may be asked to try again later.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ServicePitch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or damage to client relationships arising from reports, estimates, or pricing suggestions produced by the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending your access

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or abuse, with notice where practical.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we will update the date above and notify account holders by email.
